How to pack
Make sure to securely package each model. Wrap foam around and between the model to prevent damage during the shipping process. Please pack each case in an individual plastic bag and use the work slip below with the doctor’s prescription.

Use the printed Laboratory Work Slip, print, fill it out and send it with the case to ITS-Dental LLC.

Shipping & Delivery Policies
Free ground return shipping on orders of 75$ and more.
With every case you will receive an invoice, statements are send at the end of every month. Statements are due immediately!
With sending cases to us you agree to a 1.5 % late fee after being late 30 days!
We accept checks, cash and PayPal.
